To respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation, prepare a quotation, deliver your project, honour the Forest Pledge, and keep the records a business is required to keep. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising to third parties.
Enquiries are received through Cloudflare's network, stored in ThinkBrick's own Cloudflare account, and copied into a Google Sheet held in ThinkBrick's Google Workspace so that our team can respond. Email to hello@thinkmaram.com is delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing to our working inbox. For the Forest Pledge, the name for your certificate card is shared with our planting partner, Grow-Trees.com, solely to issue the certificate. Only ThinkBrick staff involved in your project can see your details.
Enquiry details are kept while we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. Project and Forest Pledge records are kept for as long as we need them to support your furniture and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry details at any time.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we no longer need it, and withdraw consent for its use. Write to hello@thinkmaram.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set a small technical cookie to protect the site from abuse; it holds no personal information and is not used to track you across other sites.
